Dear Sir,
I did my Bachelors in business studies in my graduation and have recently completed my MBA and have joined a FMCG company as a brand management. i live in kolkata and IPS/WBPS(West bengal police service) has always been my dream. i wish to appear for the state civil service as well as for the CSAT 2013. my preparations are at full scale , however i am facing certain difficulties. i have chosen management as my optional for mains as i am a student of management. however, i cannot find any information or suggested books for management. i am hereby attaching both the syllabuses and i would be grateful, if you could be kind enough to go through them and help me by suggesting the books required to crack it.

dear dipali,

There are N number of books in each subject in any good college or
university. If you visit one you should get it.

last year a good numberof students passed IAS with
management as one of the subjects.
Thogh I myself completed MBA a couple of years ago,
I am not able to suggest any book.

But you can be rest assured of text books like
Peter Truckers. MANAGEMENT.
Phillip Kottler- Marketing Management
Robin Judge- Organisational Behaviour.
