A LOT HAD BEEN DISCUSSED AND WRITTEN ON THIS SUBJECT OF CHANGE, AND THE STATES HAVE BEEN
OBJECTING TO THE CHANGES. THE NEW NOTIFICATION IS ALSO ISSUED YESTERDAY . ALL YOUR DOUBTS COULD BE
CLEARED IF YOU GO THROUGH IT.
CANT YOU GIVE YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE NEW PATTERN?
