Optional Subject

I am Rohan & my ambition is to become IPS officer. I have done B.com & now I am pursuing LLB. I am so confused regarding subject that should opt law or public administration or sociology.

Dear Rohan,,

This year on wards, there is only one optional subject in the main exam.
I would suggest that you take law for the main optional.

My student divya darshin who took law as optional came up as
the All India topper in the civil services exam 2011.

Yes Sir, I am taking law as an optional subject for CS mains exam. And this subject will also be useful for judicial services.
