My name is Nanda Kishor U. I completed B.E in Electronics & Communication Steam From CIT (2012 Pass out Batch ) Coimbatore and currently working as a Telecom Engineer at Ericsson Global service ltd in Gurgaon. But my AIM and AMBITION is to become an IAS officer and want to serve for poor and needy. I Already made one attempt at 2012 and got fail in prelims exam. But i never quit my AIM and i want to achieve it.

How to control mind and work effectively .
What elective i need to choose for main.
How to cover all syllabus in less time span.

path to success. You have to find a mode of travel towards your destination.

When you have a strong desire, you will have concentration of mind.
Leave all other interest like movie, serial, or even a love affair for two years.
you will get the concentration.

Custom make a method of learning for you. Recollect the lessons often so that
you don't forget it.
Go for group discussions with potential candidates.
Study the school books-CBSE syllabus once more in detail.

Improve your English skills-
Read newspapers seriously .
