Dear sir,
i heard all the video blog and speeches that you made among student community, you teach us read good books especially motivational book from the time onwards i spent my time for reading that book from all these i got a conclusion that failure is not an end we can go through the success all the way by overcoming failure but as a motivational writer dale carnegie comitted suicide,how we going to take this as he is not ready to take some sort of failure or the books wrote by him is just connection of words rather than containing core content to improve the humanity ,please sir clarify me

DEAR VENKATESH,

People however great they are have committed suicide in the past. Robert Clive the man who established British
rule in inda has committed suicide when found guilt of embezzlement of government money. so also Dale Carnige .

I have read all the the books of dale Carnegie and i have myself wondered how a man of great wisdom and
motivational skill can commit suicide when he trains people to face life boldly.
i don't know the answer to this question, but all that i can say is that just because the man
did not follow his own preachment his principles are wrong or that he was not sincere with is preaching.
he would have believed in the principles before he preached but he would not have the will to follow them
like most of his readers.
A diabetic doctor may die of diabetes due to over eating. That does not meana tat his prescriptions
and advice are wrong or that his advice was simply jugglery of words.

Dear friend,
Motivating others is a talent. If a person can motivate others with his thoughts doesnt mean he is bold enough to all stuffs happening in our life. Thats why i told you motivating others is a talent dont ever get stuck on talent and courage , the wil power to live ...both are in two different end.
I wish to say about a girl her name is WILMA RUDOLF..
she is an american women. She was one of the girl who was born as 20th child of her parents who got 22 childrens. At her age of 4 she was affected by polio virus and the doctors said she will not or cant walk any more...her right leg was twisted.
One day at her she asked her mother that she want to participate in a athletic meet. She is not ready to hear any words from her mother. And she participated on running race. In her each steps she fell down again and again ...and she is tired to get up again. Her mother came to her mother , mother was crying , the girl swiped her tears and said " MOTHER WHEN SITTING ON THE GALERY ONLY MY BODY IS ILL NOT MY HAERT WAIT ONE DAY THE PEOPLE WIL WAIT TO SEE MY RUNNING"
Thats the courage we should have in life. The words she said became true ...check the record of olympics 1960 she acheived gold in 100 200 400 . And she became the first american women to sciore three gold in single olympic meet..and also she was considered as fastest women of 1960s.
IF AN EGG IS BROKEN FROM OUTSIDE A LIFE END, IF THE EGG IS BROKEN FROM FROM INSIDE A LIFE BEGIN GREAT THINGS HAPPEN FROM INSIDE.
Keep always the fire the spark inside you...as u are the architect of ur life and definetly u can
